CSL6, newly designed enrobing belt, composed of a stainless steel supporting structure that supports the 600mm work belt, the steel mesh is divided into two parts, the product loading area and the covering area, possibility of processing both with single and double ply, the belt is equipped with 3 heating elements to heat the work area evenly,  Assisted by a cover that can be opened in two separate areas to allow adjustments of the components. 

 The load-bearing structure is equipped with a special surface heated by energy-efficient heating elements to facilitate the return of the product to the tank. The work area is easily separated for easy cleaning

The trolley is equipped with a touch screen panel for the control of the belt, the blower, the heating elements, the heating lamps and has the possibility of remotely controlling the main functions of the SL80 tempering machine

The CSL6 enrobing belt can be combined with SL80 tempering machine and 600mm cooling tunnel
